Traditional dancers here do not follow one caller at the microphone; instead, each set has its own caller, one of the dancers. In this clip, you can see different squares doing different figures to the same tune. You get a good look at one set's caller starting about 1:23.
The dancers wearing red, visible at the start of the clip and again at :50, are dancing Two Little Hoboes, a common Missouri figure.
