Early MWSD choreography

In his introduction (not heard here) to this tip, Marvin Shilling comments: "I don't suppose anybody'll get lost at all, but if you do, just keep on dancing, even if you've got the wrong girl, even if you're doing the wrong thing it don't make any difference. The main thing is that you have a good time and if you have a good time by getting lost, well, then, I'm not gonna worry about it."

Jerry Reed: I believe this recording is an example of what traveling callers were calling in 1953. This choreography is a single patter tip from a dance called by Marv Shilling in Indianapolis, IN on November 4, 1953. Prior to this tip Marv announced this would be a "Hoedown Hash" tip.

This "Hoedown Hash" is about eight minutes long. The choreography includes many Star figures, Ladies Chains, Wagon Wheel and others. He also uses the terms "Docey-Do" and "Do Paso" for the same action (Partner Left, Corner Right, Partner Left).
